All Cedar Fox Quilts products are handmade and carefully packaged before they make their way to you.

Current processing times are shown on each product listing. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow it along the way.

Frames are shipped securely in protective packaging, and Quilted Inserts are packaged to help them arrive flat and ready to display.

Returns & Exchanges

I want you to love what you ordered. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me so I can help.

Because many Cedar Fox Quilts products are handmade to order, return eligibility may vary by item. Custom and personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or there is an issue with your order.

Digital patterns are not eligible for returns or refunds after purchase.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging so I can make it right.
